§ Mr. DUKEThe Local Government Board refused to sanction an old age pension for Daniel Cullotte of Anna-ghilymore, Headfort, county Kerry, because, having been in possession of a large and well-stocked farm carrying twenty-four cattle, he had made it over to his son without making adequate reservation for himself.
