Member for Worcestershire (Bewdley Division), if he is aware that Mrs. Lemmens, 17, Riga Terrace, Portsmouth, became a voluntary contributor, answering accurately all questions put to her, No. 1,817,666, to the National Insurance through the National Amalgamated Approved (Pearl) Society within three months of its establishment and continued to pay 9½d. per week to the end of February, 1916, at which date the agent informed her that she did not come under the Act, and that now the National Insurance Commissioners refuse to refund the money taken from her under a misapprehension; and if he will have this money repaid and give a definite ruling on the question for the future?
