§ Mr. DUKEThe holding referred to was inspected and valued by an inspector of the Estates Commissioners before the estate was taken over by the Congested Districts Board, and the Board had before them the Commissioners' estimate of price. The Board are collecting interest in lieu of rent on the purchase price at which the tenant agreed to purchase the holding, and the tenant is getting the corresponding benefit.
