§ Mr. SNOWDENasked the Under-Secretary of State for War if he will have immediate inquiry made into the circumstances-connected with the arrest of Gordon Barnes, of Tallentire, near Cockermouth, who was arrested by the military on 28th February and conveyed to the military hospital at Carlisle, though unable to walk except with the aid of two sticks as the-result of an accident to his foot which occurred in December last, since which time he has been constantly under surgical care?
