§ Mr. GINNELLasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he has received and considered a resolution originating with the Down County Council, endorsed by most of the county and borough councils in Ireland, requesting a revision of the law relating to compensation for malicious injuries in Ireland; and, in view of the unanimity of this demand, whether an agreed Bill will be introduced at an early date?
§ Mr. DUKEI have seen the resolution referred to, but I am not aware of any general demand for the revision of the law as to compensation for malicious injuries in Ireland.
