§ Mr. BECKMy right hon. Friend has asked me to reply to this question. The matter to which the hon. Member refers has been brought to the notice of the Director-General of National Service, and a meeting has taken place with representatives of firms interested in deliveries in London, though not of the newspaper firms. It is, however, not yet practicable to make any definite statement on the subject.
