§ Mr. BONAR LAWIf the hon. Member refers to over-brewing since 31st March last in contravention of the Intoxicating Liquor (Output and Delivery) Order, 1917, no proceedings have been instituted, and the question of taking proceedings cannot arise until after the close of the current quarter.
