§ Sir F. CAWLEYBy the Act 1 and 2 Vict., c. 101, the accounts of the receipts and disbursements of the Duchy of Lancaster have to be presented to both Houses of Parliament every year. The accounts for 1916 were so presented on 8th March of this year.
