§ Mr. KELLYasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what are the arrangements proposed by the Board of Works in connection with the working of the Letterkenny Railway on the expiry of the present working agreement; and have such or any arrangements been embodied in an agreement or a proposed agreement with the Londonderry and Lough Swilly Railway Company?
