§ Sir W. COLLINSasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether, in view of the increased and increasing price of provisions, he will consider the possibility of allowing those civilian hospitals which have admitted large numbers of wounded soldiers to their wards to take advantages of Army contracts for the supply of meat, etc., at contract prices?
§ Mr. FORSTER:This has been done already in a certain number of cases, but there are many considerations involved which make it impossible to promise any general extension.
