§ Mr. BILLINGasked the Prime Minister whether, before releasing the present Food Controller from his obligations in connection with his administration of the Ministry of Food, he will call upon him to hand in a list containing the names and addresses of all persons known to have speculated in and/or profited by the fluctuation in prices, occasioned either directly or indirectly by the operations of his Department, of meat, bread, and other food essentials of the people?
