§ Mr. KELLAWAYIt is not the fact that German prisoners are displacing British workers at Raasay. On the contrary, there are now more natives employed about the mines than before the advent of the German prisoners. My right hon. Friend, however, is calling for a fresh report upon the conditions in Raasay, and I will communicate the results of this to my hon. Friend as soon as I am able to do so.
