WILSONasked the Under-Secretary of State for War if he is aware that, in connection with a dispute that arose a short time ago at the houses in course of erection for the employés at Queensferry, a military representative sent from the Manchester district told the workmen who made the complaint that if they did not get on with the work he would deal with them under military law; and will he state what authority this officer had for using a threat of that kind?
