WILSONasked the Secretary to the Local Government Board if the advertised appointment of an inspector of nuisances for the Borough of Chatham is to be made subject to the consent of his Department; and, if so, will he arrange to follow the recent practice of the Board and ensure that the appointment is made a temporary one, open to review at the end of the War?
