§ Mr. G. ROBERTSMy right hon. Friend has asked me to answer this question. Persons who have paid premium under the Government aircraft insurance scheme prior to the 17th February, will not be entitled to a rebate except in cases in which the premium was paid in advance in respect of a renewal which did not fall due before 17th February.
