§ Mr. DUKEThe Department of Agriculture, as intimated in replies to previous recent similar questions, already possess, under the Defence of the Realm Regulations, powers of entering, after the 28th instant, upon lands the occupiers of which fail to comply with the compulsory Tillage Orders. The Congested Districts Board have offered the arable land at their disposal for tillage by local farmers and labourers.
