§ Mr. MACPHERSONThis question has-been frequently considered and is at present receiving further consideration. There is difficulty now in finding suitable warrant officers for the fighting line, and an increase in establishment of warrant officers would, therefore, not lessen the difficulty of obtaining suitable subordinate leaders in the field.
