§ Mr. HAYES FISHERThe answer is in the negative. The limitation of coal prices has been dealt with by the Board of Trade, and I understand that the question is now mainly one of distribution. I am glad to say that steps have already been taken to provide greater facilities for the distribution of coal to poor persons.
