§ Mr. DUKEOffences under the Defence of the Realm Act are triable by court-martial in cases where the competent military authority thinks it necessary, and offences of unlawful or riotous assembly are triable by two magistrates with a limited jurisdiction as to penalties. I am not aware of any other practical differences between the administration of justice in Ireland and in Great Britain at the present time.
