HC Deb 26 April 1917 vol 92 cc2612-3W
Sir H. DALZIEL

asked the Home Secretary whether, in view of the entrance of America into the War, any change is proposed to be made in the rules governing the censorship between that country and Great Britain?

Mr. MACPHERSON

This matter is now receiving the most careful considera- tion with a view, on the one hand, to increasing the Allied control over enemy communications; and, on the other, placing the United States of America on the same footing as the rest of the Allies.
