The question of extending the scope of the Trade Boards Act, for which legislation would be required, is engaging the careful attention of the Ministry of Labour, and inquiries are being undertaken in order to ascertain the actual conditions in trades to which the application of the Act has been suggested, including certain trades carried on in Dublin.
