§ Mr. GRANTasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will take into consideration the inequalities of the present incidence of taxation of the Finance Act as applied to the rubber industry, with a 2237W view to redressing such inequalities by imposing a flat rate on all rubber-producing companies?
