§ Mr. MILLARasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether the Army Council, under Section 1 (5) of the Food 2242W Controller's recent Order restricting the output of beer to 10,000,000 barrels during the present year, have applied to the Food Controller for special certificates autho rising the brewers supplying the Army with beer to brew beer in excess of the restricted amount of 10,000,000 barrels allowed by the Order; and if he can state the additional amount of beer so applied for and the amount sanctioned by the Food Controller?
