§ Mr. DUKENo documents of the kind referred to have been issued by the Department of Agriculture. Co-operative societies are in operation under the rules issued by the Irish Agricultural Organisation Society, and the Department do not propose to issue such rules. Under the loan scheme for purchase of agricultural implements a number of individuals may join together in obtaining a loan, an individual being responsible for repayment, with others as sureties.
