§ Mr. JOWETTasked the Under-Secretary of State for War if, according to the grouping of recruits into categories now in operation, men who are considered fit only for service in labour units at Home are classified as 0 2; and, if so, on what grounds are men of this class being sent on service abroad?
§ Mr. MACPHERSONIn view of the fact that the conditions of service behind the lines in France are no more severe than those obtaining at home, it has been decided to modify the definition of category C, and the matter is at present under consideration.
