§ Mr. O'SHEEasked the Vice-President of the Department of Agriculture (Ireland) whether progress will be made with the Helvick fishery pier as soon as the spring cultivation of land is over; when does he anticipate the harbour will be completed; and whether motor fishing boats will be supplied and the local fishermen trained in their use?
§ Mr. DUKEThe works at Helvick Harbour will be carried out as soon as practicable. Owing to difficulties of the-weather and labour a date for the completion of the works cannot at present be stated.
