§ Sir W. EVANSThe company referred to have two aeroplane works. Seven women viewers of the Aeronautical Inspection Department are stationed at one and one at the other. Women have now been employed in the Aeronautical Inspection Department on the examination of aeroplane parts since July, 1915, and have been found satisfactory for the class of work upon which they are engaged. They 1135W work under close supervision and have no discretion in tile carrying out of their instructions.
