Sir H. ROBERTSasked the Secretary of State for India when the Report of the Royal Commission on the Public Services of India will be issued; and whether, having regard to the delay which has occurred in dealing with this question, the Government propose to take immediate action upon the recommendations?
§ Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe Report is being printed off, and copies will shortly be dispatched to India. It is proposed that it should be issued simultaneously here and in India. The Government of India have been requested to take the Report into consideration with as little delay as possible.
