§ Mr. GINNELLasked the Secretary to the Treasury if he will state the total payments of employers, employed, and the Government, respectively, in Ireland under the National Insurance Act from its institution to the latest date for which the figures are available; the total amount distributed in benefits in Ireland in that time; the total cost of administration of the Act in Ireland in that time; and the amount of the balance unexpended, where it is, and for what purpose available?
