§ Mr. HERBERT LEWISThe Board are not aware that any school or college within their jurisdiction is owned and managed by persons of German nationality. As regards teachers in such institutions it is not possible for the Board to say how many of them are of German origin. The Board have no knowledge of the manner in which German secret service money is spent, and are not aware that occasion has arisen for action on their part
