§ Mr. SNOWDENasked the Secretary to the Treasury what action, if any, has been taken to carry out the promise in the Treasury circular of 29th April, 1912, to improve the salaries of certain second-class clerks in the Estate Duty Office, and to mature the attention promised to the matter?
