§ Lord ROBERT CECILLarge purchases of salted and preserved fish have been made, and although arrangements have been concluded for the sale of a considerable quantity of the fish purchased, there are still very large stores in Norway which are unsold. The fish purchased consists largely of salted herrings, for which there is only a very limited market in this, country.
