§ Mr. C. ROBERTSThe Secretary of State does not propose to publish the Report of the Inquiry. The findings of the Committee and the action taken thereon by the Government of India as regards the responsible officers concerned has already been communicated to the House. The hon. and gallant Member will be glad to hear that the Government of India have now issued revised Regulations regarding the dispatch of troops by rail during the hot weather which should prevent the recurrence of such an incident.
