§ Dr. MACNAMARAThere are eighty officers of military age, with temporary commissions, now serving at the Admiralty who have not been engaged in actual naval or military service since the beginning of the War. Nearly all of these are employed in the Air Department in connection with the design and production of material for the Royal Naval Air Service, and were entered for this and no other purpose.
