ESSEXasked the Secretary of State for War whether, after their examination of Alfred George Goodfellow at Camberwell, the Medical Board kept the certificates from two physicians describing Goodfellow's state of health; whether these certificates having been paid for by Goodfellow are his personal property; and whether he will order their return to the owner?
