§ Mr. PRETYMANI would remind my hon. Friend that the use of white flour for the purpose of manufacturing bread or any other article of food will be illegal after 1st January next, except with the express authority of the Board of Trade in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Manufacture of Flour and Bread Order, 1916. A notice calling attention to this was issued to the Press last week, and I am sending my hon. Friend a copy.
