§ Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe business of Messrs. Ernsthausen, which has been wound up, was transferred to two companies. One of these companies is to be wound up, and British capital and control is to be introduced into the other. I understand that the gentlemen referred to in the question are natural-born British subjects.
