§ Mr. FITZPATRICKasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that Private William Murphy, No. 57905, Royal Welsh Fusiliers, who was entitled to £20 bounty and 6d. per day proficiency pay, was informed by the Record Office authorities at Shrewsbury that he was in debt £7 17s. instead of having any payment coming to him; and if a proper statement of account will be furnished to Murphy, who maintains there is a considerable sum due to him?
