§ Mr. LEWISThe Board have issued a circular calling attention to the recommendations of the Departmental Committee and urging the formation of juvenile employment committees under the Education (Choice of Employment) Act. They are also instructing their inspectors to bring the matter to the special attention of authorities in whose areas no such committee exists.
