Mr. SAMUELJ. T. Scollan and J. Neeson were transferred to Reading by my direction, as it was reported to me that such transfer was desirable in the interests of discipline at Frongoch. The monthly balance sheet of the canteen account is, I understand, now posted in the camp. I will inquire whether it is practicable to post a balance sheet to cover the whole period from the opening of the canteen.
