§ Mr. KEATINGasked the Treasurer of the Household if he is aware that Second-Lieutenant Arthur Cecil Vigors, D Company, 9th Royal Dublin Fusiliers, has been missing since the battle of the Somme, 9th September, 1916; that the War Office and the Red Cross Society have failed to trace him; and will he make inquiries to find if he is a prisoner of war in Germany?
§ Mr. FORSTERThis officer was reported wounded on 9th September; after special inquiry, his name was included in the list of missing officers which is circulated in Germany. The hon. Member will therefore see that all inquiries possible have been made.
