§ Mr. FITZPATRICKasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he will consider the advisability of now making a start with the preliminary work of mapping and surveying the River Barrow, so that drainage operations in accordance with the provisions of the draft Bill of the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant in 1S13 may be commenced without delay as soon as the War is over?
§ Mr. DUKEI am advised that the work of bringing up to date the maps and plans which formed the basis for the draft Bill of 1913 could not usefully be undertaken at present.
