§ Mr. GOLDSTONEasked the Secretary to the Local Government Board what steps have been taken by the Statutory Committee to provide institutions or some alternative treatment for uncertifiable nerve-shaken soldiers, who, because of the lack of expert diagnosis and skilful treatment, may suffer a relapse and eventually become certifiably insane?
