Mr. DUNCANasked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether the men employed at the Gunwharf, Portsmouth, and in the employ of the War Office, and who are doing exactly the same work as the men in the employ of the Admiralty, are to be paid the 3s. advance in wages recently granted to men in the employ of the Admialty.
