Mr. NUGENTasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether the arrangement of the reorganisation scheme which was stated to be necessary before the prison warders of Ireland could benefit by the increase in their pay sanctioned by the Treasury has yet been completed; and whether, seeing that it is now almost eight months since the increase was sanctioned, he will see that the new scale will be at once put into operation?
