Mr. McKINNON WOODThe information asked for by my hon. Friend is not at present available, and a special Return could not be obtained without unduly delaying the work of dealing with applications. Pension officers are at present exceedingly busy in investigating and reporting upon applications for additional allowances which have been received from old age pensioners, while pension committees are similarly busy in considering them.
