§ Mr. PRETYMANThe Board of Trade is in constant touch with the controllers of enemy businesses which have been ordered to be wound up, and they furnish reports as to the position of the winding-up as required. I have already laid on the Table of the House a copy of a circular issued to controllers for their guidance.
