Mr. McKINNON WOODPayments to enemy aliens interned in this country are not prohibited; but, in order to prevent any money so paid finding its way to an enemy country, any person desiring to make such payment is advised to make the payment only through the commandant of the camp in which the enemy alien has been interned, or to a bank in this country to the account of the enemy alien, notice being given to the bank of the enemy nationality of the payee.
