Mr. SAMUELThe reply to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. Having regard to the tenure and grazing rights, a sale of the turbary under the Land Purchase Acts is not practicable. No price has, therefore, been fixed by the Estates Commissioners, and no useful purpose would be served by postponing the proposed auction.
