Mr. SAMUELThere are thirty-nine alien enemies of military age in the borough of Poplar, including fourteen Germans, twenty-one Austrians, and four Turks. The number of allies of military age is not available, and could not be obtained except at an expenditure of labour which could not be undertaken at present.
